1、寶寶若哭，非讓抱著才睡，可讓寶寶哭個夠，一般一周哭的現象就會消失。
2、給寶寶枕枕頭，枕高3~4厘米。

五個月
1、不要添加澱粉類食物
2、6個月餵養半流質食物，7~12個月添加碎菜末、等碎狀固體食物。
3、訓練寶寶發ma、ba等。
4、此月寶寶出牙，會吃手，應阻止，否則會影響出牙或牙齒排列不整齊，有縫隙。可用磨牙棒，或轉移寶寶注意力。
5、第一勺以對寶寶腸胃沒有任何負擔的米粉開始。優生蒸汽式奶瓶消毒鍋(娃娃)[DU13306].第一天只餵一兩勺，之後觀察寶寶情況；第二天、第三天可以增加至兩三勺，慢慢增加。4-5天時，可以在米粉里增加蔬菜泥，習慣之後可以增加蔬菜的種類。
6、輔食的添加時間根據孩子生理髮育來定，如果孩子已具備添加輔食的條件就可以添加了。但是最早不能早於4個月，最晚不能晚於8個月。

使用方法：(請圖示)
- 將電源插頭插於110V電源插座上。
- 以奶瓶或其它容器量取約100ml的水注入盛水盤中。（請儘量使用純水如蒸餾水、逆滲透水等，以減少水垢產生）
- 將已洗淨的奶瓶（1~6支），瓶口朝下倒放於奶瓶置放架中：奶嘴及其配件則放於配件放置籃内或其它空隙處。
- 蓋妥上蓋，按下"START"按鈕，此時電源指示燈亮，即開始消毒。約10～13分鐘後，消毒完成，機器會自動切斷電源，此時電源指示燈熄滅。
※ 當需要中途停止運作時，請將插頭拔掉，即可停止正在運作之程序；插頭插回，即可繼續插頭拔掉前未完成之程序。
- 使用後待消毒鍋冷卻，將底座剩餘的水倒掉，並以乾淨的布擦拭乾淨。
How to use:
- Inserts the power point.
- Fill boiling bowl at center of bottom part with 100ml tap water.
- Place the cleaned bottles with opening facing downwards in the locating hole of he basket. Lay teats, hoods and collars in the basket. Then put on cover.
- Plug cord and push start button then the pilot lamp lights up. After approximate 13 minutes disinfections is complete. The sterilizer will automatic shut off when water has boiled away.
- After each use, pour out the water remains in the base. Wipe off the base and boiling bowl with a damp cloth.
清潔及維護：
l 上蓋、奶瓶置放架：用柔軟的布水洗，再以乾淨的布或餐巾紙擦乾。
l 底座：以濕布擦拭，禁用水洗。
l 盛水盤：u以乾淨的布擦拭。v若有水垢（白色沉澱物）產生時，可以50～100ml的清水和5ml食用醋酸或水垢清潔劑放入盛水盤內，再啟動電源開關，讓其加熱3～5分鐘後再拔掉插頭（勿加熱太久，以免殘垢因水蒸發完而黏在盛水盤上）。w待其稍微冷卻後以溼布清洗擦拭；如仍有水垢殘留，可再重複以上動作。

l Clean the seat with a wet cloth.
l Boiling bowl：u Clean it with a wet cloth. v When have incrustation, may use 50~100ml of water and 5ml of the edible acetic acid or incrustation remover put in theboiling bowl then turn on the switch. After heats up 3~5 minutes then capture the plug. w After it cools then clean it with a wet cloth. If it still had incrustation, might again the step of the above.

注意事項：
l 第一次使用，插上電源如果指示燈已亮，此為正常現象，不需再按下START鍵即可使用。
l 當不鏽鋼盛水盤中的水蒸發乾時，主機即會自動感應消毒完成並切斷電源，因此，倒入水時，請先將置物架移開，確定100ml的水完全倒入盛水盤內，以維持消毒品質。
l 消毒之蒸汽為高溫，使用中請勿碰觸或靠近〝蒸汽出口〞，以免燙傷，尤其注意，勿讓兒童靠近。
l 使用時，上蓋請勿覆蓋任何物品，以免阻礙蒸汽排出。
l 每次使用過後，請將底座内殘留的水擦拭乾淨，切勿浸入水中洗滌。
l 欲連續使用時，建議間隔30分鐘，待機體内部降溫後，再按下START鍵，電源指示燈亮即可再度使用。
l 遇緊急情況，請先將插頭拔掉。
Caution:
l It is normal that the power indicator turns on when the sterilizer is powered in the first use. It is not necessary to press the START key again.
l When pours into the water, please set at the frame to put aside, determined that 100ml the water pours into the boiling bowl.
l Keep away from the steam outlet because of the high temperature steam during sterilization to avoid burning. Keep young kids away during use to prevent burning by the steam.
l Do not cover the top lid with anything during the use to avoid hinder steam discharge from the steam outlet. It is absolutely prohibited to soak the seat in water.
l After each use clean the boiling bowl please. DO NOT clean it in the water.
l A 30-minute internal is required for repeated use. Wait until the temperature drops inside the sterilizer. Press the START key again. Proceed when the power indicator turns on.
l When any accident happened, captures the plug.
